- July and August : A stay of a minimum of 14 nights, unless there is availability between two dates, in which case a minimum of 7 nights.
No specific arrival or departure date. - The rest of the year: hire of 3 nights minimum.
- From 1 October to 31 March: €1800/month, charges included (excluding rent only for school holidays)

Tourist tax :
The tourist tax is 1.65% per adult per night.
